Venue Terms

Effective Date: 3 November 2025

1. Scope

These terms apply to establishments (“Venues”) subscribing to or displaying Popgan QR codes for guest interaction. The contract is with Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Venue Obligations

• Display Popgan QR codes visibly and correctly.
• Inform patrons that scanning initiates a Popgan web session.
• Refrain from altering QR codes or collecting user data independently.

3. Data Access

Venues may access only anonymized metrics such as scan counts or engagement time. No personally identifiable user data (email or phone) is shared.

4. Fees & Billing

Subscription and billing are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Invoices are issued by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

5. Marketing & Brand Use

Venues receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use Popgan logos or materials for on-premise promotion during the subscription term only.

6. Liability

Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for interactions between guests or for incidents occurring on venue premises.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend venue access for misuse or policy violation. Upon termination, all QR materials must be removed.
