Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Window: 14 days | Pro-rata Refunds: Yes

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available for paid subscriptions or QR activation plans that fail to deliver promised functionality.

2. Pro-rata Refunds

After 14 days, partial refunds may be granted based on remaining unused service days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed QR sessions or activations.
• Trial or promotional plans.
• Custom integrations or setup fees.

4. Refund Process

Email billing@popgan.com with order details. Refund decisions within 5 business days; approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
