Popgan (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, and international best practices including the EU GDPR principles.

  • Usage Data: QR scan events, session logs, browser and device type, approximate location (for nearby match features).
  • Analytics Data: anonymous statistics collected through Google Analytics.

We process personal data only where lawful bases apply, including:

  • Performance of a contract (to deliver Popgan services you request).
