1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Popgan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Overview

Popgan is a browser-based platform enabling users to connect with others nearby through QR codes displayed at participating venues.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the service, you confirm legal capacity under applicable law.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account are your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
• No automated scripts, bots, or data-scraping.
• No uploading harmful, obscene, or infringing material.

6. Content Ownership

You retain rights to your submitted content but grant Popgan a limited, non-exclusive license to display or transmit it for service delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, and design elements are owned by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Paid Services

Venues or individuals purchasing paid plans are bound by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Popgan is provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform’s integrity. You may terminate your account anytime via support.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
